Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-Shows
Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged the full service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
